Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By subscribing to and using the Trading Journal application ("the Software") provided by Ceylon Analytics Corp ("we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Subscription & License

Your subscription grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software on one (1) device. Each device requires its own separate subscription.

Subscriptions auto-renew monthly or yearly depending on your plan. You may cancel at any time through the Manage Subscription page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

3. Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your credit card information. If a payment fails, Stripe will retry up to 3 times before canceling your subscription.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes do not affect your current billing period.

4. Refund Policy

You may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial subscription. After 30 days, no refunds are provided for partial months/years. Contact ceylonanalytics@gmail.com for refund requests.

5. Your Data

The Trading Journal application stores all trading data locally on your computer. We do not have access to your trading data, broker logs, or financial information.

The only information we collect is: your email address, license key, and hardware identifier (used for license activation).

6. Limitation of Liability

The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not responsible for any trading decisions made using the Software. The Software is a journaling and analysis tool, not financial advice.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your license if you violate these terms, share your license key, or attempt to reverse-engineer the Software.
